Custom Events
Our full-service, custom event experience includes:
- Two in-person meetings with one of our designers.
- A completely detailed floral proposal with curated floral designs and a color palette made just for you!
- Full set-up on the day of the wedding with a team of two or more people.
- Optional breakdown service.
- Rental Options (i.e. candles, columns, vases, backdrops)
- Large scale installations (i.e. mantles, backdrops, chandeliers, etc.)
Minimum for our custom package is $3,000 within Acadiana and $5,000 outside Acadiana (i.e. Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Kentwood, etc)

Looking for a simpler way to get beautiful, curated florals for your event? Root Floral is now offering an affordable alternative with quality floral designs in an online store. With only a $300 minimum, you can shop and order from 21 signature collections curated by Root just for you.

Design Proposal
Meet with one of our Designers (in-person or virtually) where we will create a custom floral proposal based on your needs. This includes a personalized color and floral palette as well as expert design recommendations for tablescapes and floral installations (large or small).

Secure your Date
You love your proposal and are ready to book with us. Luckily, our online quoting platform makes it easy to pay your 40% deposit and sign the contract all in one place. If you prefer to pay with a check, it can be mailed or dropped off when you’re ready!

Final Meeting
The final meeting usually happens around 6 weeks before your event date. This can take place over the phone or in-person. We will happily discuss design ideas or answer any questions throughout the year, but all changes or additions will be made in your final meeting.

Event Week
We will confirm timing for set-up either the week before or week of your event. Depending on the scale of the event, we always guarantee at least one designer is onsite with assistants to help execute the set-up and installations flawlessly. For an additional fee, our team will go back at the end of the event to collect and deconstruct all items provided by Root.
